Your package includes all essential files, such as:

• Vector EPS files in CMYK (for print).
• A MS Word-based desktop printing file (not editable).

On Brand Associated by Enthof, our designers are committed to creating and submitting only original artwork. Until you select and a final logo and pay the balance fees, we retain ownership of all submitted designs.

Absolutely! If there are any specific images you want included in your stationery design, please share them with the designers along with your brief.

If you do not give other instructions, our designers may use stock images sourced from third-party providers. When stock images are used, the designers will clearly inform you which images they have chosen and will include watermarked versions for your review and approval. After you finalise the design, you will need to purchase the selected stock images and share them with us so we can complete and deliver the final artwork.

Yes, your project will be kept private for six months from starting the project. After six months we will have the liberty to display the finalised stationery design in our portfolio or elsewhere. If you wish, we will ensure that the person's name, phone number and email address are masked.

Yes, we provide a 100% money-back guarantee for stationery design, if the request for project cancellation with a full refund is made within 24 hours of receiving the first set of designs. The request for refund of the paid deposit should be made by email to support@enthof.com m

After 24 hours of receiving the first set of logo concepts, you will be able to request cancellation to the project, but the deposit amount or payments for milestones reached will not be refunded.
