Yes! If you have any specific images—like your logo or product photos—please share them with the designers along with your brief.

Unless you say otherwise, designers might also use stock images (bought from third-party websites) in your design. If they do, they’ll let you know which ones they used and show you a version with watermarks. Once you pick your final design, you’ll just need to buy those stock images and send them to the designer so they can finish the design for you.

A diecut / dieline template is a flat layout of your packaging that shows where it will be cut and folded for printing.

Designers might ask you for this template so they can prepare the final design files to match your printer’s or manufacturer’s requirements.

For logo design projects, we provide up to three sets, with each set containing three unique design concepts. The design process is iterative, meaning each subsequent set is developed based on your feedback on the previous set.

If you approve a design from an earlier set and choose not to proceed with the remaining sets, you will receive a discount as follows:

• Approve a design from the first set (skipping the second and third sets) – 20% discount
• Approve a design from the second set (skipping the third set) – 10% discount

This discount is applied as an appreciation for expediting the design selection process. However, if all three sets are explored, the full project fee will apply.

If a project goes beyond 60 days, we will review and adjust the fees to account for the additional time and effort involved.

During the handover stage, which marks the completion of the logo design project, we transfer full rights to you. This ensures that you become the sole owner of the copyright for your chosen logo design.
